GERTY SE KLAMSTE SJOKOLADE KOEK



Beste sjokoladekoek ooit
Koek:
Bestanddele
3 kop koekmeelblom
4 teelepels bakpoeier
2 koppies suiker
1 teelepel koeksoda
80ml cocoa
Knippie sout
2 koppies kook water
10ml vanilla
50ml asyn
1koppie olie
Stroop:
1 kop water
1 kop suiker
5ml vanilla essens
Versiering:
1 kop suiker
50ml koekmeelblom
50ml cocoa
375ml water
50ml botter
Metode:
Koek
Meng alles saam
Skep in vierkantige pan
Bak 20min @ 180°
Stroop
Kook alles saam net vir 1 min
gooi oor koek sodra koek die uit oond kom
Versiering: 
fantasties en nie eens te soet nie!!!
Meng alles saam en kook tot dik
Gooi oor koek.
