500gr Snowflake Savory Muffin mix
1 cup corn kernels
2 wheels feta cheese – crumbled
a handful of chopped parsley.
Method
Make the muffin mix according to the packet instruction. Add the corn,
feta and parsley and spoon into individual bread pans or one big bread.

500g bruismeel (self raising flour)
5 ml sout
Metode
Meng die bestandele goed deur, skep in 'n gesmeerde broodpan of swartboompot, en bak tot gaar. So +/- 1 uur by 180 grade C in die oond. Oor die kole sal dit afhang van hoe warm jou kole is. Moenie te warm kole bebruik nie, pak die kole rondom die pot, nie direk onder die pot nie, en sit 'n paar kole op die deksel. Kosmater

875ml (500g) bruismeel
1 pakkie wituiesop
500ml karringmelk
125ml (50g) cheddar, gerasper
125ml (60g) pikantrissies, gekap [ Peppedews]
Metode:
Meng die meel, soppoeier, karringmelk, kaas en pikantrissies saam. Skep die beslag in ’n 23cm-broodpan wat gesmeer en met bakpapier uitgevoer is. Bak dit vir omtrent een uur in ’n voorverhitte oond en sit voor saam met botter.*Idees* 16/8/10 Helena

600g bruismeel
250g strooisuiker
4ml sout
100g botter
250ml melk
2 eiers
1 blik roomsuikermielies
1 blik helpit mielies gedreineer
Metode:
Stel oond op 180°C. Smeer 2 broodpanne. Smelt die botter en voeg die melk en geklitste eiers by die botter. Sif die droë bestandele saam. Voeg sowel die botter- en melkmengsel as die mielies by die droë bestandele en meng. Skep die deeg in broodpanne en bak vir ‘n uur, tot gaar en bruin

Metode:

Spuit 2 kleinerige broodpannetjies
Meng als goed saam met jou hande tot n deeg.Skep deeg dan in brood pannetjies en bak vir + - 1 uur Chanea Haarhoff
HAM AND CHEESE LOAF

1 cup cottage cheese
4 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup ham (chopped)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions (sliced)
butter
Grease a muffin tin or a larger loaf pan as shown.
Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Stir in the ham, cheddar cheese and green onions.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven until golden brown on top and a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean
About 25-30 minutes for muffins and 35-40 minutes for loaf.
