BEST MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
1 cup margarine,
1¾ cups white sugar,
3eggs,
1+1/2tsp vanilla,
1½ cups milk,
2½ cups all-purpose flour
6Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder,
1½ tsp bicarb,
3/4 tsp salt.
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease & flour a 9x13inch pan. Sift together the flour,cocoa,bicarb &salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the marg & sugar until light&fluffy. Beat in the eggs,one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the milk, mixing just until incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan & bake for 40-45mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center of cake comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5mins then turn out onto wire rack. Use chocolate-caramel frosting to spread on cake &decorate.
