HOENDERPOTE / RUN-A-WAYS

Stap 1**
Was hoenderpote pragtig wit skoon..Laat le in sout water vir 20min.

Stap 2**
Plaas in drukkooker met 2k hoenderaftreksel**2gekapte uie**bietjie sout en peper**droe pietersielie.**en stel op 30min.

Stap 3**
Na drukkooker klaar sy 30min. gewerk het voeg Aromat en jou groente by[ 2 aartappels en ek het sommer mielies ook bygesit]

Stap 4**
plaas jou groente[2aartappels in blokke gesny en hier het ek sommer mielies bygesit] bo-op en*1t kerrie-poeier *1t suiker**1t blatjang [maak aan en gooi oor**maak drukkooker toe en kook vir 15min. laat stoomafblaas en meng 2e Maziena met bietjie water en gooi oor laat oop kook tot jou sousie reg is en skep uit saam met lekker rys Whalla geniet dit Helena Chill Kruger 4/5/12**Lekker Resepte vir die Jongergeslag* Helena Kruger

 

CURRIED CHICKEN FEET:

Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:
± 500g chicken feet and / or heads
250ml (1cup) boiling water
5ml (1tsp) medium curry powder
2.5ml (½ tsp) tumeric
5ml (1tsp) black pepper
5ml (1tsp) salt
30ml 2Tbsp) olive oil
WHAT TO DO:
1.Immerse the heads and feet in a bowl of hot water and soak for about 2 minutes.
2.Pluck feathers from heads and remove the beak and nails.
3.Remove scales from the feet and remove nails, if any.
4.Transfer the cleaned feet and heads into a saucepan.
5.Add water, curry powder, black pepper, salt and stir.
6.Put on heat until cooked, stirring occasionally.
7.Remove broth, if any is left.
8.Add olive /cooking oil and sauté for about 3 minutes..
9.Serve as snack or with pap.

Jy maak die pote mooi skoon en kook vir 15 minute en dan kom daar aartappels , uie en kerrie in. Dit moet net kook tot aartappelsblokkies sag is. Moenie te lank anders val die poot uitmekaar. My werkers wat slag het elke dag gekook. Dit ruik lekker en as dit koud
*Lekker Resepte vir die Jongergeslag*.
