1 blikkie cocao. 250g cremora. 100g versiersuiker. Meng saam. Gebruik 4 teelepels wane nodig. GENIET.

Hot Chocolate.
1 liter melk
1 liter room
900g donker sjokolade
Smelt die sjokolade in 'n dubbel kastrol
verhit die melk en room saam
Meng die twee goed saam, net voor die melk/room kook.

PLAASVERVANGING VIR HOT CHOCOLATE DRANKIE
100g cremora,
100g strooi suiker,
62.5 g kakao (daar is blikkies wat presies hierdie grootte is),
30g vla poeier,
15 ml kitskoffiepoeier,
5 ml kaneel.
Meng alles saam en sif 'n hele paar keer tot lekker deurgemeng (ek het so 7 keer gesif)... en berê in 'n lugdigte houer. Gooi 3 teelepels in 'n beker, maak met bietjie kook water aan en top op met kookwater of kookmelk. Nie heeltemal soos die wat jy koop nie maar ook baie lekker.

CAPPUCCINO
Ingredients
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup instant chocolate drink mix
3/4 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
1.In a medium sized glass jar, combine the non-dairy creamer, chocolate drink mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.

 HOT CHOCOLATE
Mikrogolf Resepte - Microwave Recipes
Variation ideas: Stir in a tablespoon of peanut butter at the end, or add a splash (or two) of bourbon, or add a few drops of peppermint extract. The possibilities are endless!
Ingredients
45g (about 1.5 ounces or 1/3 cup) high-quality chocolate chips or bar chocolate (chopped)
1 to 2 Tablespoons cold water
1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
tiny pinch of salt
6 to 8 ounces milk or water
toasted marshmallows (optional)

Directions
Combine chips and water (just enough to just barely cover chocolate) in a 12-ounce microwave safe mug. Microwave on high for 15 seconds. Let sit for 2 minutes. (You may poke the chocolate to make sure it’s all covered by water, but DO NOT STIR until 2 minutes have passed.) After 2 minutes, stir thoroughly until a smooth chocolate sauce forms. If after stirring unmelted chocolate chunks remain, microwave for another 5 second and stir again. (If your sauce isn’t perfectly smooth, don’t panic. Just keep going!)

Add cocoa powder, vanilla and salt to mug. Stir until combined and mostly lump-free. While stirring, slowly pour in 6 to 8 ounces of milk or water. Microwave to desired temperature. (This takes about 2 minutes in my microwave, but keep an eye on it because it can boil over!) Stir and serve hot.

HOME MADE HOT CHOCOLATE

3 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/4 cups cocoa
1 tablespoon table salt
Whole milk for serving
This mix will keep all winter if stored in an airtight container.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, and salt, and whisk to combine well.
Store the mixture in an airtight container.

Step 2
For individual servings, pour 1 cup whole milk into a microwave-safe mug, and microwave on high just until hot.
 Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix, and stir to dissolve.
 For a larger batch of cocoa, warm the milk in a saucepan set over medium-low heat, taking care not to let the milk boil; as it warms, stir in 2 tablespoons of mix for each cup of milk.

Ingredients
•2-1/3 cups instant nonfat dry milk
•1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
•1/3 cup Granulated White Sugar Twin (or similar)
•Milk chocolate bar, shavings
•Fat-free milk, frothed (optional)
•Sugar-free candy canes (optional)
Directions
1.Combine dry milk, cocoa and sweetener in a large bowl; stir well.
2.To serve, stir 1 cup boiling water into 1/4 cup cocoa mix in a mug. Top with frothed fat-free milk and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
3.Store remaining cocoa mix in an airtight container.

•1/2 cup dark cocoa
•2 cups powdered milk
•1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer
•3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
•1/2 cup mini chocolate chip
•1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1.Combine ingredients in storage container. Stir it up until it looks like hot chocolate mix.

2.When serving, scoop 3-4 table spoons of mixture into a mug and add boiling water.*29/6/13
