TENNIS BISCUIT ECLAIR CAKE

Tennis Biscuit Eclair Cake

What You Need

30 Tennis Biscuits(2pckgs divided)
1 pkg. Vanilla Flavour Instant Pudding
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 pckg ORLEY WHIP
1 cup Chocolate Frosting(Pick'nPay stocks Frosting in tins. Absolutely delicious!)

Make It
Arrange 10 Tennis Biscuits, on bottom of 20cm square pan. I dip them in milk to soften them up. Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in ORLEY WHIP.
Spread half the pudding mixture over biscuit squares in pan; cover with 10 of the remaining squares. Repeat layers.
Refrigerate 3 hours. Spread with Chocolate Frosting.
