CHOCOLATE FUDGE
PUDDING

Ingredients:
Cake
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
25 g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Sauce
2 tablespoons cocoa
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup water, boiling
Directions:
1. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into
a bowl and then add the sugar and nuts..
2. Melt the butter in another pan or bowl then
add milk and vanilla.
3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry
ingredients.
4. Spread into a small pudding dish.
5. Sprinkle the sauce ingredients[brown sugar
and cocoa] over the top and carefully pour the
boiling water over the top of everything.
6. Bake at 180 deg C for 45 minutes.
