BRUSSELS SPROUTS / BANTING

BUTTERY BRUSSELS SPROUTS

SERVES 4
30ml Butter
300g Brussel sprouts, finely shredded
5ml Lemon zest, grated
50g Pecan nuts
100g Pecorino cheese
30ml olive oil
dash salt and milled pepper 

Method
Melt butter in frying pan and fry brussel sprouts until welted.
Toss through remaining ingredients and serve.
Serve with chicken schnitzels or beef.
