Abigail de CastroSTICKY BACON WRAPPED SAUSAGES:
Ingredients:4 Middle bacon rashers, rind removed, halved lengthways
8 Thick beef sausages
160ml Barbecue sauce
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
15ml Brown sugar
5 ml Mixed dried herbs
Preheat oven to 180° C. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around 1 sausage. Secure with a toothpick at each end. Place in a large baking dish. Repeat with remaining bacon and sausages. Combine barbecue sauce, garlic, sugar and herbs in a jug. Pour over sausages. Bake for 35-40min or until sausages are browned and cooked through. Remove toothpicks. Serve.
