Metode:
Gooi wyn in beker en druk die sappe van die suurlemoen en lemoen so halpad uit gooi dan die stukkies ook in die beker..Voeg die suiker en die Brandewyn by en verkoel . dan die gemmer en soda by net voor bediening Helena

Ons almal weet dat Sangria van Spanje afkomstig is. Ek het die resep vir 'n Suid-Afrikaanse Sangria!

1 bottel Droë Rooiwyn (Tassies werk wonderlik)
1 liter Limonade (Sprite of 7-Up werk goed)
1 Liter Lemoenkoeldrank (Fanta, Mirinda)
2 appels in blokkies gesny
Meng alles saam, laat staan vir 'n uur en geniet!

This sangria takes five to 10 minutes to assemble in a large pitcher. Take the time to prepare it in the morning so the sangria has several hours to develop its fruity flavor. Pull it out when dinner is ready to serve that evening.
Ingredients

3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons (3 splashes) spiced dark rum
3 tablespoons orange liqueur
1 navel orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
2 ripe peaches, cut into wedges
3 ripe plums, cut into wedges
2 cinnamon sticks
1 bottle Rioja
Sparkling soda water, for topping off glasses of sangria at table

Directions
Combine sugar, rum, orange liqueur, fruits, and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher. Cover with 1 bottle of wine and chill sangria several hours.
To serve, spoon fruits into glasses or goblets and pour over spiced wine. Top glasses of sangria off with a splash of soda water*Recipe courtesy Rachael Ray

WIT SANGRIA
750ml droë witwyn
250ml gemmerlim (‘ginger ale’)
250ml vars pynappelsap
250ml witdruiwesap
1 groen appel, in skywe gesny
sap en fyngerasperde skil van 2 lemmetjies
1 teelepel vars gemmer, fyngemaak
1 koppie ys, gebreek

METODE

Meng alle bestanddele saam en bedien onmiddellik.*Lekker Resepte vir die Jongergeslag Helena Kruger.
