CHAKALAKA MARINADE



Mama KOO
Roli’s Chakalaka Meat Marinade
Ingredients
1 x 410g can KOO Chakalaka Mild & Spicy
60 ml cola
Salt and pepper
Method:
1. Pour the KOO Chakalaka into a deep bowl.
2. Add the meat, pour in the cola, add a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper and stir through to mix and coat the meat well.
3. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours before braaing.
4. Remove the meat from the sauce, but do not discard the sauce.
5. Baste the meat with the KOO Chakalaka sauce during braaing for its delicious flavour.8/3/13
