APPLE DOUGHNUTS

Apple Doughnuts with Ice Cream:
3/4cup self-raising flour;
1/4cup castor sugar;
pinch salt;
1/2cup milk;
1 egg;
2 apples;
2tbsp icing sugar;
cinnamon for dusting.
 
Mix dry ingr add beaten egg &milk,mix to form smooth thick batter.Peel,core and slice each apple into 8 thin rounds.Dip rounds into batter,deep fry 1min each side.Transfer to wire rack,sift with icing sugar &dust with cinnamon.Serve warm with ice cream  http://lekkerreseptevirdiejongergeslag.blogspot.com/2013/04/apple-doughnuts.html
