CHOCOLATE SELF SAUCING PUDDING

Part 1:
Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding:
1+3/4 cups self-raising flour
,2tbls cocoa,
1/2cup brown sugar,
1cup milk,
125g melted butter,
1/2cup milk choc chips,
1 can caramel,
1/4cup salted peanuts (crushed),
300ml thick cream,
white marshmallows and choc chips to decorate.
 
SAUCE:
1/2cup brown sugar,
2tbls cocoa &2cups boiling water.
 Preheat oven 180d.Mix flour,cocoa &sugar.Add milk&butter.Mix well.Add choc chips&mix well.

Part 2
Spoon 1/2 of batter in a deep large ovenproof dish.
Level,top with caramel spreading evenly.
Sprinkle with peanuts.Spoon rest of batter over top CAREFULLY &evenly cover whole area of dish.
SAUCE:
Mix sugar,cocoa&boiling water well togetther.
Pour sauce CAREFULLY over top of pudding.Bake 35-40min until top is firm.Leave 5min.Dollop with whipped cream.Dec with mmallows, cchips&peanuts*13/3/13

'SELF SAUCING' SJOKOLADE POEDING 
Myne is heerlik en dekadent. Hy kry stukkies sjokolade in deeg. Ek gebruik 70% Lindt, maar jy kan melksjokolade insit as jy van soeter hou.

Warm sjokoladepoeding

DEEG
150 g bruismeel
25 g kakao
200 g strooisuiker
100 g donker sjokolade
180 ml melk
5 ml vanilla
40 g botter - gesmelt
1 eier

SOUS
180 g bruinsuiker
120 g kakao
500 ml kookwater

Sif bruismeel en kakao saam
Voeg strooisuiker by
Kap sjokolade in blokkies en voeg by
Voeg eier by
Klits melk, botter en vanilla saam en voeg by
Meng goed met elektriese handmenger
Gooi mengsel in gesmeerde 23 cm oondbak
Klits sous bestanddele saam en gooi oor deeg
Bak in 180 grade Celsius oond vir 1 uur
Mengsel moet gestol wees
Sit warm voor met room of roomys #self saucing,
