SAUSAGE CHEDDAR BALLS
SAUSAGE-CHEDDAR BALLS

1 ¼ Cup all purpose flour,
½ tsp coarse salt
¼ tsp ground pepper,
½ cayenne pepper,
1 ½ tsp baking powder,
2 Cups grated cheddar cheese,
± 300g breakfast sausage,
½ large onion grated,
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
METHOD:
(1)Preheat oven to 200*C. In a large bowl whisk together flour, salt, pepper ,cayenne pepper & baking powder. Add cheese and toss to coat.
(2) Add sausage,onion & butter. With hands, mix until well combined. Roll mixture into 3 cm balls. Place balls 2 cm apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until balls are golden & cooked through. About 25 mins. Serve warm with sauce of your choice.* Resep geplaas deur Moira Botha Dyer*29/4/13
