KLAPPER TERTE

EASIEST POSSIBLE COCONUT 

This pie forms it's own crust while baking!
2 Cups milk,
1 Cup coconut,
4 eggs,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
½ Cup all-purpose flour,
6 Tbsp margarine,
¾ Cup white sugar,
¼ tsp ground nutmeg.

METHOD:
Place all ingredients (except the nutmeg) into a blender.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased 10inch pie dish & sprinkle nutmeg over the top.
Bake in a preheated oven 175°C for 45mins.
Serve warm with sauce of choice.

500ml melk,
4 eiers,
1kop klapper,
125ml koekmeel,
3ml bakpoeier,
1 koppie suiker ,
5ml vanielje,
50ml botter..
Meng alles saam in een bak.
Gooi in ronde tert bak en bak tot goudbruin
180· Bak 44min-55min*Carrina le Roux

Oond 180 gr C
Klits alles saam in mengbak:
4 eiers,
1 k suiker,
kwart t sout,
2 k melk,
1 t vanilla geursel,
2 E sagte margarine,
125 ml koekmeel,
1 t bakpoeier en
1 k klapper.
Gooi in gesmeerde tertbak en bak vir 45 minute tot goudbruin en gestol.26/06/2014 





Griekse Klappertert (Corné)

Room die drie bestanddele baie goed:

125 g margarien
250 ml suiker
3 eiers

Voeg saam en meng by eerste drie bestanddele:

500 ml klapper
250 ml meelblom
3 tl bakpoeier
'n knippie sout
250 ml lou melk

Gooi mengsel in twee gesmeerde tertpanne en bak vir 35 minute by 180º.

Berei intussen die stroop:

250 ml suiker
250 ml water
1 tl vanielje
Kook saam vir 5 minute.

Wanneer die tert uit die oond kom, gooi die sousie oor en siedaar! Dit is nog verleideliker as jy 'n homp room bo-op skep.
