PINEAPPLE ORANGE CAKE




PINEAPPLE ORANGE CAKE

1Box yellow cake mix
1Can 300g oranges&juice;
4Egg whites;
1/2C applesauce.
TOPPING:
1Can(500g)crushed pineapple in syrup;
1Box instant vanilla pudding mix;
250gWhipped topping,
METHOD:
Beat together cake mix,oranges,egg whites&applesauce on low speed for2mins.
Pour into greased cake pan 34x22cm&bake in preheated oven 180C for 25-30mins or when skewer ins comes out clean.
Cool.
In a bowl, comb pineapple & vanilla pudding mix. Fold in whipped topping just until blended. Spread over cake & refrigerate for at least 1hr before serving. Yield 15 servings.
