30 MIN BREAD ROLLS



30Minute Bread Rolls:

1C+2Tbsp warm water
1/3C veg oil
2Tbsp dry yeast
1/4C sugar
1+1/2tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
3+1/2C bread or all-purpose flour
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 200C.
In a mixer bowl combiine water, oil, yeast & sugar well & allow to rest for 15mins.
Mix in the salt, egg & flour.
Knead until well incorporated & dough is smooth & soft (just a few minutes). Form dough into 12balls & place them in a greased 22x34cm pan & allow to rest for 10mins.
Bake for 10-15mins or until golden brown & cooked through.
Test with skewer.
Remove from oven, leave in pan for 10mins then turn out on wire rack.
Cover witth a clean tea towel.**

Hiiii. Ek soek asb n resep vir SAGTE buns. Di wat hulle v hamburgers gbruik. My brood deeg se kors is altyd crispy.

As jou brood uit die oond kom maak dit toe die stoom maak korse sag. Sit in plastiese sak. Ek is mal oor harde korse!

Om 'n sagte kors te kry draai die warm brood/rolletjies in 'n droeë dik vadoek toe en laat so afkoel. Plastiek laat die brood "nat" word. Die vadoek hou genoeg stoom om die kors sag te maak, maar absorbeer terselfdertyd oormatige vog.

Kook n aartappel gaar en maak hom fyn in jou water waarmee jy jou brood gaan knie met n elektriese stokkie . Gebruik 1 kop meel minder . Heerlik sag .**
