CREAM BISCUITS


Super Simple Cream Biscuits
10-12
2C all-purpose flour
1Tbsp b/powder
1/2tsp salt
1/4C heavy cream
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 200C.

Place dry ingr into bowl of processor & pulse 2-3times to combine. With machine still running, pour cream in all at once, let it run until it all comes together in a ball. Stop machine
Flour a working surface & turn dough out from processor. Form it into a ball, then knead it (you can grate some butter onto dough). Folding it on it self about 8 times then using fingers, flatten out until about 1.5cm thick. Using a cookie cutter go straight down & pull cutter straight up (DO NOT TWIST).
Place biscuits spaced a little in between onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Continue with dough left until no more can be cut
Bake in middle of oven 12-15mins or until browned. Leave in pan for 10mins then turn out onto wire rack*(lindysez).
