ROCKY ROAD BARS


Fully Loaded Rocky Road Bars

 
300g dark chocolate, chopped
120g butter
2 Tbs golden syrup
100g shortbread biscuits
100g popped popcorn
100g mini pink&white marshmallows
100g chopped macadamia nuts
100g dried strawberries
90g white chocolate, melted

Place dark chocolate, butter and syrup into a glass bowl then heat gently over bain marie until melted.
In a large bowl, roughly crumble in the biscuits then mix in the popcorn, marshmallows and nuts.
Pour in the melted chocolate then stir thoroughly until everything is well mixed.
Press into a lined square baking dish.
Sprinkle on the strawberries then drizzle on the white chocolate.
Place into the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
