PARMESAN CAULIFLOWER


Parmesan Cauliflower
Recipe by Alet van der Westhuizen

2 heads of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups breadcrumbs
2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs spice mix
1tsp salt
Half tsp white pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
Half tsp curry powder
Half tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sesame seeds

Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and spice mix in a bowl.
Toss florets in the beaten egg and then roll in dry mixture.
Fry in hot vegetable oil in batches for 5-6 minutes.
Serve immediately with homemade mayonnaise.
