BBQ Chakalaka Chicken

8 chicken pieces
1 KNORR BBQ flavour Cook-in-Bag
1 tin chakalaka
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the chicken pieces in a single layer into the KNORR BBQ flavour Cook-in-Bag.
Sprinkle seasoning mix over the chicken pieces then add the tin of chakalaka and the potatoes.
Knot the bag loosely to seal. Hold the bag closed and roll gently to coat the pieces evenly.
Pierce the top of the bag 3 times with a sharp knife for the steam to escape.
Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 40 – 45 minutes ensuring that the grill is off at all times.
Cut the bag open and transfer to a serving dish. Spoon the leftover sauce inside the bag over your meal.
Serve with pap.
