 A flavorful recipe for CHICKEN PATTIES, great served with a salad for a healthy meal.

1kg ( 2 lbs) ground chicken
¼  cup all purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs, fresh
1 Tablespoon paprika
½  teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped

In a large bowl, combine the chicken with bread crumbs, flour and all seasonings.
Form chicken into patties about 1/2" thick.
Chill in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Combine about 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a saute pan at medium-high heat.
When bubbly, add breaded chicken patties. Saute 5 minutes until golden on each side.
