CHOCOLATE AND CARAMEL DESERT


Chocolate and Caramel Dessert
Ingredients:
5 L vanilla ice cream
1 pkt chocolate biscuits
1 tin caramel treat
Mint leaves

Method:
Defrost the ice cream until it is mostly melted.
Use a flat glass dish; pour half of the melted ice cream into the base.
Crush the biscuits and place them on top of the ice cream.
Spoon dollops of the caramel treat on top of the biscuit layer.
Pour over the remainder of the ice cream.
Place the layered dessert into the freezer until the ice cream is completely frozen.
Serve scoops of the dessert using an ice cream scoop.
Garnish with the mint leaves.
