Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
• 0.51 kg creamy peanut butter
• 0.91 kg icing sugar (sifted)
• 284 grams melted butter
• 100 grams tennis biscuits finely crushed
• 354 grams Chocolate
• 100 grams Almonds Chopped
Preparation
Directions:
Melt chocolate over a double boiler. Mix remaining ingredients until well incorporated. Form into 2 inch balls. If mixture is to sticky, place in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Dip balls into chocolate and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet until firm.
