Maggie De Castro
MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PUDDING:
You'll need:
Salt
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup flour
½ cup sugar
2½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla essence
1 slab of chocolate; it can be any chocolate you choose
1 tin of Ideal Milk
1 cup warm water (not boiling water)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cacao

For the sauce you'll need:
Heat half of the tin of Ideal Milk with ½ a cup of sugar. Once the sugar is
melted, pour over the pudding. Let the pudding cool down. Melt one slab
of chocolate with the rest of the Ideal Milk on the stove. Pour it over the
pudding. Serve warm or cold.
Method:
Mix the water, cacao, vanilla essence and eggs together. Add the flour,
castor sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix until smooth. Spray a middle sized
microwave bowl (25 cm x 25 cm) with Spray & Cook, or use
margarine. Put your mixture in the bowl. Bake in the microwave for
8 min. on high. As soon as the pudding comes out of the microwave, pour
the sauce over.
