Nou ja... hier is die koek waaroor ek gepraat het. Resep as volg:
One-bowl chocolate cake.
Mix together the following in a big bowl:
2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp bicarb of soda
1 tsp salt.
Once mixed and no lumps, add the following into the bowl:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla essence.
Beat on medium with electric beater for about 2 minutes.
Once beaten, stir in 1 cup of boiling water.
Batter will be thin. Pour into cake pans lined with wax paper. Recipe makes 2 9-inch round cakes.
Bake at 175°C for 30-35 minutes in preheated oven. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
