10ml asyn
4 eiers
Geposjeerde eiers:
Kook die 500ml water in ‘n kastol, voeg die asyn by
Verhit tot begin prut. Breek die eiers een-een in ‘n piering, en laat gly in die water, posjeer hulle tot hulle na jou smaak gaar is. *

    Salome Elizabeth Bernardo jy is reg die asyn begin die eier te stol/kook wat help dat eier vinniger set sodra dit in water in val. en sout water vir smaak, Moenie vergeet om die water te roer nie. dan gooi jy die eier in die "Tornado" in. Dit help eierwit om die geel vou en dit maak een bol. ook gooi eier eers in 'n koppie in dan in water. Sodra dit begin dryf is hy al medium gaar omtrend.nog 'n wenk bring to kookpunt en sit stoof af en doen dit dadelik. as die water te vinnig borrel dan is dit ook 'n gemors. as jy baie ereirs doen sit water net af na lae hutte dat dit stadig borrel, poached/ not boiled egg,

    Ook as jou eiers oud is dan werk di ook nie lekker nie, hoe varser hoe beter 1 week is nog ok. en eiers moet kamer temperatuur wees nie. Yskas is te koud

    Ja die eier is te koud vat te lank om gaar te word dis hoekom dit opbreek. maar hulle sal tot onder val en begin eers dyf sodra dit gaar word. ook hoe ouer die eier is, hoe dunner is die witte, "n Medium eier is 3 minute, hard 5 minute

MICROWAVED POACHED EGGS

!!! Yes you heard right. Here's how....
1. Fill a mug 1/3 full with cold water.
2. Crack a free range egg carefully into the water being careful not to break the yolk.
3. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
4. Remove from the microwave and let it sit in the water for 20 seconds so the egg continues to set.
5. Lift your egg out of the water with a spoon. If you want it cooked more pop it back in the microwave for another 10 seconds.
6. Pop it on a piece of toast and enjoy your super easy poached egg!

For anyone making the microwaved poached eggs your cooking time will vary depending on your microwave voltage. Cook them for the minute and then in 10 second intervals if you need more time. If you have a high voltage microwave start with 30 seconds. "Do not overcook time - it might explode, ha ha - practise makes perfect "
