1 onion, chopped
45ml Vegetable oil
500g Pork Mince
15ml mild curry powder
60ml fruit chutney

5ml chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices White bread
400ml Milk
Handful raisins
2 eggs
Lemon or bay leaves

Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Fry the onion in the oil until translucent. Add mince, curry powder, chutney and  garlic. Fry until cooked and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, soak bread in milk and add raisins to the mince. Squeeze the milk from the bread, break it into small pieces and stir into the meat before transferring it to an oven dish. Mix eggs into the remaining milk and pour over the mince. Press a few lemon or bay leaves into the dish before baking for 20 minutes. Serve with yellow rice.
