- 2 Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored and diced
- 1 Red Onion finely chopped
- 75 g Sultanas
- 50 g Dried Cranberries
- 80 ml Red Wine Vinegar
- 40 g Soft Brown Sugar
- 5 ml Robertsons Ginger
- 3 ml Robertsons Cumin
- Robertsons Cayenne Pepper (a dash)
- Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Toss and stir and season generously with salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into a
sterilised jar and refrigerate. Leave for 2 – 3 days, shaking once a

Nouja ek het myne gemaak en toe is mybottel te klein want ek het dit 2x aangemaak toe meng ek die laaste bietjie vrugte met asyn en suiker [helfte helfte..1/4k asyn 1/4k suiker, en n mespunt gemmer ] en ek voeg 1t chillie flakes by ons sal sien en proe hoe smaak dit oor n paar dae [2dae]
