Peach Noodle Salad
250g dry pasta noodles or spirals

1tabelspoon oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 capsicum [green peper]
1 rib of celery
1+1/2 teaspoon mild curry powder[ or 2 teaspoons if you like spicy foof]
1x 410g tinned peaches in juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sultanas
1/4 cup walnuts[slightly chopped]
Salt and freshly grated peper

Boil pasta until al dente [not to soft]
rinse with cold water and drain well
Fry onion, selery,capsicum and clove in oil until soft
Add curry powder and cook for abput 2min.
Remove from heat
Cut peaches in bite-sized bits and add with it's juice to the onion mixture
Add mixture to pasta and stir through
Add mayonnaise and flavour with salt and peper
Chill for at least an hour before serving

  • 250 g pasta noodles
  • 15 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 15 ml Rajah Mild and Spicy Curry Powder
  • 100 ml KNORR Creamy Ranch Salad Dressing
  • 100 ml mayonnaise
  • 30 ml peach chutney
  • 50 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 x 410 g tin sliced peaches in syrup, drained and cubed
  • 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
  • Boil pasta according to on-pack instructions until al dente then drain and set aside
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion and green pepper until tender then add the curry powder and fry for 1 minutes to release the flavour and aroma, stirring continuously
  • Set aside and allow to cool
  • In a bowl combine the KNORR Creamy Ranch Salad Dressing, mayonnaise, chutney and tomato sauce
  • Add the dressing to the pasta together with the peaches, spring onion and cooked onion and green pepper mixture
  • Mix well to combine then either serve immediately or chill in the fridge until needed*Knorr*
