LAYERED BANANA PUDDING
LAYERED BANANA PUDDING
48 vanilla wafers,
2+1/2cups fat-free milk,
1pckt vanilla flavoured instant pudding,
2medium bananas (sliced),
1tub frosen non-dairy whipped topping(thawed)
METHOD: Line a square med size dish with half the wafers.In mes saucepan comb milk &pudding mixture.Cook,stir over med heat until boiling.Remove from heat,pour into bowl,cover with cling-wrap,place in fridge for about 3hrs till cool.
Top wafers with half of banana slices,then half of pudding mixture then whipped topping.Repeat layers using remaining wafers,banana slices,pudding mixture and whipped topping. Garnish as desired. Store in fridge.* Moira Botha Dyer26/4/13
