NO BAKE BARS



THE BEST NO BAKE BARS
1k grondboontjiebotter
1/2k heuning
1/2k botter
2k droë oats (nie “instant” nie)
1k klapper
1/2k gekapte neute (wallnuts) / grondboontjies
1&1/4k donker sjokelade
1tl vanilla essens

METODE
Smelt die grondboontjie botter, heuning en botter oor medium-lae hitte.
Verwyder van die hitte sodra dit gesmelt het.
Voeg nou die oats, klapper, sjokelade en vanilla by.
Roer totdat die sjokelade heeltemal gesmelt het.
Gooi die mengsel in ‘n 22cm x 34cm pan en laat afkoel in die yskas.
Wanneer dit gestol het, sny in blokkies en bedien.

1C peanutbutter
1/2C honey
 1/2C butter
 2C dry oats(not instant)
1C coconut
1/2C chopped walnuts
1+1/4C dark chocolate
 1tsp vanilla extract
 METHOD:
Melt peanutbutter, honey & butter over med-low heat.
Once melted remove from heat & add oats, coconut, chocolate & vanilla.
 Stir until chocolate is entirely melted.
 Pour into a 22cm x 34cm pan & cool in fridge.
