Sjokolade Poeding in Prutpot
Radio Namakwaland*
Roer alles saam in mengbak:
1 en driekwart k suiker,
1 k bruismeel,
half koppie gesmelte botter
4 groot geklitste eiers,
derde k kakao poeier,
2 t kits koffie poeier,
1 t fyn kaneel,
half t sout en
2 t vanilla geursel.
As deeg baie styf, roer 2 E melk by.
Skep deeg in gesmeerde prutpot en maak toe.
Laat vir 2 tot 2 en half ure op "Low".
As gaar, sal dit nog sag wees in middel.
Laat nog 30 minute toe staan na jy die pot afgeskakel het. Bedien met sjokoladesous, vla of roomys.*20/6/13*Helena Kruger.*Lekker Resepte vir die Jongergeslag*

A suggestion - My sister made the slow cooker chocolate pud, but found it a bit dry. We tried it again today, but I suggested we make a sauce consisting of 2 cups water, 3/4 cup sugar and about 3 table spoons coco. Disolved it together, put it in the slow cooker first, poured the bater in and cooked as per instructions. The pudding was moist and chocolatey, served with cream, not to mention delish :)Dankie**Nadia.24/6/13
