2 portions of Sea Harvest Simply Steam - Italian Cheese & Herb
250g tomatoes on the vine
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
200g packet olives
40g reduced fat feta, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill to 180°C. Remove the seeds and cut the peppers into strips.
Place the tomatoes (still on the vine), peppers and olives on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with the olive oil.
Grill for 15 minutes.
Add the feta to the pepper mixture and grill for a further 5 minutes.
Place the portions of Simply Steam on a microwave-safe plate. Ensure that the seal faces upwards and the seasoning is on top.
Cook for suggested times (refer to pack) and allow to stand for 1 minute after cooking before carefully removing from the pouch.
Divide the pepper mixture onto 2 plates, reserving the pan juices.
Top with the fish, garnish with parsley and drizzle with the reserved pepper juices.

6 stokvismootjies, gevries of ongevries
1 blik aspersies
1 koppie suurroom
1 koppie witwyn
½ koppie melk
1 pakkie sampioensoppoeier
½ koppie water
2 teelepels mosterd
1 koppie cheddarkaas, gerasper
Verhit oond tot 180 grade.
Meng die sap van die aspersies met die al die
bestanddele, behalwe die kaas, vis en aspersies.
Plaas die vis in 'n oondbak en rangskik die aspersies
bo-op.
Giet die roommengsel oor.
Bedek met foelie en bak vir 15 minute.
Haal die foelie af, sprinkel die kaas oor, en bak vir 'n
verdere 5 minute.
Bedien op rys of koeskoes.
