SMOKEY BBQ SAUCE

6 ounces, weight Can Tomato Paste
1 cup Maple Syrup
6 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
1-½ Tablespoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
¾ teaspoons Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Store in the refrigerator.*

Smokey Barbecue Sauce

2-1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.*.


Sweet and Smokey Barbeque Sauce

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
1 tablespoon ground red chile pepper
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground allspice
4 cups ketchup
Mix vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, honey, Worcestershire sauce, rum, mustard, liquid smoke, ground chile, black pepper, garlic powder, and allspice together in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until sauce is smooth and brown sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
Stir ketchup into sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce is dark and thickened, about 30 minutes.*
