MASHED POTATO PANCAKES
If you need a quick recipe for dinner then try these cheesy mashed potato pancakes.
To prepare these delicious pancakes first in a bowl put 3 cups of mashed potatoes,
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese,
2 tablespoons of finely chopped spring onions,
3 tablespoons all purpose flour and salt and mix them well.
Roll this mixture in 12 equal sized balls and then press each ball to form a pancake.
Coat all the pancakes in half cup of flour and then shallow fry the pancakes.
