VINNIGE PASTA GEBAK

In 'n groterige pot 1 eetl olyf olie wag tot dit warm is en dan sit jy mince in sout en peper na smaak en roer tot dit pienk is, gekapte tamaties pietersielie en knoffel met jou vleis speserye, kook vir 20 min.... dan vat jy die koekpan wat los kan kom en smeer hom goed met botter bo en langs die kante, sit jou gaar pasta daarin en gooi bietjie parmesaan kaas bo op dan gooi jy die mince bo op en druk dit effens tussen die pasta en kaas bo oor dan bak jy vir so 15 minute en grill die kaas net bruin, LOS DIE GEREG in die pan vir 10 minute VOOR JY UITHAAL en VOILA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 


Rigatoni Pasta Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 pound ground turkey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1 pinch coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1 (28 ounce) can Muir Glen organic whole peeled tomatoes, crushed with your hands
1 pound rigatoni pasta
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400.
Heat the oil in large skillet over medium-high. Add the turkey and cook until it's browned all over, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, crushed red pepper, and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté another minute. Then add the crushed tomatoes and simmer on medium until thickened, 20 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the rigatoni until it's slightly underdone. Drain and rinse with cool water. Toss with parmesan cheese. Lightly oil a 9-inch spring form pan. Tightly pack the rigatoni in the pan, standing on their ends.
Pour the meat sauce over the pasta. Push the meat down into the holes as best you can.
Slide into the oven for 15 minutes. Remove, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake another 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is browned and bubbly.
Let sit 15 minutes before slicing and serving!
Top with fresh basil if desired.

Kook spagetti of pasta tot sag, nie pap en dreineer
1 groot ui (gekap)
250gr spek (gesnipper)(sien variasies ook)
1 pakkie sampioene (gesny)
Braai bogenoemde tot sag
Voeg 1 houertjie room by (of half room en half melk) en kook tot dit begin dik raak

VARIASIES vir 6de bestandeel:
Kook brokkoli tot sag en voeg by, gooi so halwe koppie gemengde veggi mix (sag gestoom) by, voeg so halwe blikkie pitmielies by of halwe koppie ertjies

Gooi gemaalde swartpeper en aromat (of sout) oor en laat prut oor lae hitte tot deurwarm
Variasies:
Gebruik ook gevlokte hoender, ham blokkies of shrimps ipv spek
Ipv room, gebruik 1/2 pakkie wit uie-of sampioensop met so ongeveer ‘n koppie melk. Voeg nog melk by as te dik is.
