Ingredients
3 Tbs melted butter
3 eggs (separated)
1 cup sugar
1 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 ml salt
900 ml milk
100 ml Amarula Cream Liqueur

Ground cinnamon - for dusting
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C
Cream the butter, egg yolks and sugar together until creamy.
Sieve the cake flour, baking powder and salt and add to the sugar/egg mixture.
Mix in the milk and Amarula and mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
Pour into a deep tart dish and sprinkle cinnamon on to
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until set.

Note:
For a more traditional milk tart, use 1 litre of milk, and no Amarula.
