4 chicken breasts
1/2 c orange juice
43 ml honey
1/4 tsp Worcester sauce
1. Place four chicken breasts, half a cup of orange juice, 43ml honey and a ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce into a resealable freezer bag.
2. Seal bag and place in freezer.
3. In the morning, empty frozen contents of the bag into a slow cooker and cook for eight hours on low.
4. Add a dash of salt and pepper and serve on a bed of steamed rice or fresh spinach leaves.
