BUTTERSCOTCH BLISS LAYERED DESSERT

Butterscotch Bliss Layered Dessert:

1+1/2cups crushed digestive biscuits,
1/2cup sugar,
6tbls melted butter,
3cups cold fat-free milk,
1tub cream-cheese,
2pckts Instant Butterscotch pudding mix,
250ml whipped cream,
1/2tsp Rum Essence.

METH0D:
Mix biscuit crumbs, 1/4cup sugar & butter together to form a crust.
Press into greased dish.
Beat cream-cheese,1/4cup milk & remaining sugar until smooth.
Spread over crust.
Whisk remaining milk with the pudding mixture for 2mins.
Let it stand until semi-set.
Spread gently over cream-cheese layer. Mix whipped-cream topping with rum essence and spread evenly over the top. Refrigerate for at least 4hrs before serving.*
