CHICKEN FILLED CREPES
CHICKEN FILLED CREPESFILLING:

1/2 cup cream of chicken soup,
2+1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise,
50ml cream,
1tsp curry powder,
1+1/2Tbsp grated onion,
1+1/2tsp lemon juice,
salt&pepper,
2+1/2cups lightly packed cooked chicken,chopped into bite-sized pieces.
TOPPING:
1 rounded firmly packed grated cheddar cheese
1/3cup cream
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Stir soup,mayonnaise,cream,curry powder,onion,lemon juice,salt&pepper together in a large bowl until combined,
Stir in the chopped chicken,divide filling among 8 crepes,approx 1/4cup of filling per crepe, Place the filling on the bottom half of the crepe &form the filling into a log shape.
Fold in the sides of the crepes.
Roll crepe up to enclose filling.
