KFC HOENDER RESEPTE TUISGEMAAK



KFC ORIGINAL SECRET CHICKEN RECIPE
12 Herbs and spices.

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
3 beaten eggs
4 tablespoons oil

For the coating

2 cups flour
4 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning (or chicken stock powder)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon chives
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Directions:

Sift flour and add together all the coating ingredients and grind finely with a mortar and pestle and place in a clean plastic bag. Coat each chicken piece first with the beaten egg, then with the flour mixture in the bag. Make sure you coat each piece completely with the flour.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Brown the chicken in oil slowly, uncovered. Once browned, cover the skillet and keeping frying on a very gentle heat until the chicken is fully cooked. Place on paper towels to drain out the excess oil.

 Dis 'n plesier. Weet jy, die geheim in KFC se smaak le nie in die geheime resep nie, maar in die manier waarop die hoender gaarword. Pressure cooked, deepfried. in plam vet. Ons almal weet hoe lekker 'n drukkoker vleis kan gaarmaak. 

KFC MEELMENGSEL*
Hier is die resep anyways:
 2 x 2.5kg meelblom,
1.2kg sout,
200g melkpoeier,
200g eiergeel poeier,
600g speserye (wat natuurlik die geheime resep is, maar dit proe net soos hoenderspice met peper en so).
Meng als deurmekaar.
Week die hoenderstukke in water,
  Skud dit so paarmaal af en plaas in die meel.

KFC GRAVY*

Hi. Ek het 2jr by KFC gewerk, en hierdie resep kan seker werk, maar is baie complicated. Elke keer as KFC 'n klomp hoender gebak het in so groot pot, dat filtreer hulle die olie. Dit is palm vet wat stol in kamertemperatuur, en as die pot afgekoel het verstop die "fines" die pype. "Fines", is die meel mengsel wat hule op die hoender sit vir hul resep, en baie daarvan val af gedurender die kook proses. Nou, om die "gravy" te maak neem hulle 3 dele "fines", 3 dele Bisto poeier (bruin sous poeier) en 3 dele water. As ek baie desperaat was vir spesifiek KFC se gravy, sou ek met iemand vriendelik raak by so 'n KFC en 'n bakkie fines bedel. Hulle gooi letterlik kilogramme daarvan weg elke dag. KFC GRAVY  
1 1/2 tablespoons butter shortening, melted
3 tablespoons of original breading flour
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell condensed chicken stock
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water (use chicken stock can)
First we are going to make a roux with the melted shortening (butter) and 1 1/2 tablespoon of *breading flour.
Cook this over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the roux browns in color to resemble a nice milk chocolate color.
Once the mixture turns brown remove it from the heat and add the remaining flour stirring to make a paste. Slowly add the liquid (s) whisking together the paste and liquid.
Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 2 minutes reduce the heat and allow the mixture to thicken which should take about 3 to 5 minutes. Stirring constantly. Mixture will burn if left unattended.

 "KFC" Hoender, 
Almal praat so oor "KFC" Hoender, ek het nou nie een van daardie facy braaiers nie en die resep is ook nie vir die mense op dieet bedoel nie, ek het al baie resepte probeer maar die een is die naaste daaraan se resep.
Marineer hoenderstukke in suurlemoensap en rooipeper in yskas vir twee ure.
1½ k  meel Vir so een hoender)
origanum, paprika, selderysout, sout en peper na smaak.
Doop hoender in meelmengsel, bak paar min. in diep olie, haal uit doop weer in meel, pak in oondvaste bak en drissel nog bietjie olie oor en bak in oond by 180 *C vir 30 min. Probeer dit en ons praat weer!

KENTUCKY HOENDER
4tsp sea salt
1.5tsp powdered milk
1/2tsp garlic salt
2C White flour
3 eggs
1tsp of each of the following:
Freshly ground black pepper
White pepper
Dry sage
Ground corriander
Ground ginger
Ground cardomon
Chilli powder
All spice
Dry basil
Ground nutmeg
3-4cups oil.

Mix spice in ziploc bag. Add flour, powdered milk, salt, garlic salt. Seal bag and shake well. Beat eggs. Dip chicken in eggs and then place in bag. Seal and shake. Repeat with all the pieces. Repeat process to ensure a nice thick coating. Fry in hot oil for 10 to 20min depending on the thickness of the chicken.

LEKKER RESEPTE VIR DIE JONGERGESLAG

KRUMMELHOENDER
250 ml bruismeel
5 ml braaivleis speserye
5 ml hoender speserye
5ml seldery sout
5ml paprika
5ml droee mosterdpoeier
2 eiers geklits
125 ml melk
1Pak Hoender stukke
sout en swartpeper na smaak
125 ml olie
Metode:
Voorverhit oond tot 220°C.
Kook jou hoenderstukke eers tot halfpad gaar Plaas dit op n rakkie sodat dit droog word en gaan dan aan met jou resep.
Meng bruismeel en geurmiddels saam in 1 bak.
Klits die eiers en melk saam in ander bak.
Geur hoender met sout en swartpeper en doop in eiermengsel.
Rol dan in bruismeelmengsel en pak in bak.

KFC Zinger wings
6-8 cups shortening
20 chicken wing pieces
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon MSG
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder

If you are using frozen wings allow them to defrost and marinate. If
you are using fresh wings you are going to want to take the wing and
remove the flipper and then break them into two pieces and then
marinate them. Combine the beaten egg with the milk in a small bowl.
In another small bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic
powder, paprika and MSG. When shortening is hot, dip each wing first
in the flour mixture, then into the milk and egg mixture, and back
into the flour. Bread all the wings then refrigerate them until ready
to use. When they are ready to be used fry them 6 at a time for 12
minutes. Remove from the shortening and allow them to drain for 3
minutes. For the barbecue ones dip in the barbecue sauce and serve.
