Ek bak weekliks hierdie resep en is flop proof
4 Eiers
2 k (400g) Suiker
2 k (280g) Koekmeel
2 tsp Bakpoeier
½ tlp Sout
250ml Melk
¼ k (125g) botter
2 tlp Vanilla
Klits eiers vir 5 min (dis baie belangrik)
Voeg suiker by en klits weer 5 min
Voeg vanilla by en klits tot net gemeng
Sif droë bestandele en voeg by eier mengsel en klits tot net gemeng
Verhit melk en botter tot botter gesmelt is en voeg by mengsel en klits tot net gemeng (moenie
oor klits nie dié lug wat in dié eiers is klits weg)Gooi deeg in n 9" pan en bak teen 160℃ todat cake tester skoon uit kom.
(sodra jy dié koek begin ruik is hy naby aan gaar)
Belangrik: laat vir 10min binne in pan afkoel voor jy koek uit haal en laat koel heeltemal. Wrap koek dadelik in glad wrap en bere tot benodig. Dit sorg vir sagte kante en Bo kant

PERFECT SPONGE CAKE
125g margarine
250ml sugar
3 eggs
500ml flour
12.5ml baking powder
2ml salt
5ml vanilla
125ml milk
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 180dC.
Cream marg in large bowl with wooden spoon.
Add sugar slowly.
Beat until smooth & light.
Now beat in eggs, one at a time, beating after every addition.
Mix well.
Sift flour,b/powder & salt three times into bowl (this aerates dry ingr)
Stir vanilla into milk.
Add this mixt to marg mixt alternating with flour mixt.
Start & end with dry ingr.
Pour batter into 2 greased cake tins & bake for 25-30mins.
Remove from oven when risen &a nice golden brown.

Marizelle Strumpher ek het die koek al paar keer gebak en het vreeeeslik
lekkre gekom.
VEERKOEK:
BESTANDDELE:
150ml melk;
120g botter;
200g koekmeel;
2ml sout;
15ml bakpoeier;
4 eiers;
250ml fyn strooisuiker;
5ml vanilla.
METODE:
1. verhit die vloeistof en botter tot kookpunt en roer om die botter te
laat smelt - hou eenkant.
2. sif meelblom, sout en bakpoeier saam.
3. klits die eiers lig en voeg die suiker geleidelik by.
4. Roer droë bestanddele in eiermengsel.
5. Voeg lou melkmengsel by en meng.
6. Gooi beslag in 2 gesmeerde
laagkoekpanne van 220mm in deursnee.
7. Bak 20-25min in 'n matige oond.
Hoop joune kom ook lekr uit. Laat weet my en gniet dit xx
