RAW VEGGIE BURGER

RAW VEGGIE BURGERS
(eatingvibrantly)

1+1/2C almonds;
1+1/2C pecans;
4 large carrots;
1med brown onion;
2handfuls fresh parsley;
3/8C lemon juice;
1+1/2tsp salt;
3Tbsp rosemary;
1+1/2tsp tarragon&
2tsp mild curry powder.
 Roughly chop carrots&onion&add everything to food processor until finely chopped&well mixed. Shape into burgers &enjoy with your favourite sauce! HEALTHY!*

RAW TOMATO SAUCE
(Ketchup)

1/2C(27g)sun-dried tomatoes soaked 1-2hrs
1 ripe tomato
1/4C syrup
30ml apple cider vinegar
30ml water from soaked tomatoes
1/2tsp salt
1 onion
2cloves garlic.

Drain sun-dried tomatoes(keep 30ml of water).
 Blend everything until smooth.
