TIRAMISU
6 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
1 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 -12 oz packages Italian Lady fingers
1/2 cup cold espresso
1/4 cup coffee flavored Liquor (optional)
1 tbsp cocoa for dusting

Combine egg yolks and sugar in the top of a
double boiler, over boiling water. Reduce heat to low, and cook for
about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. This is your sabayon, remove
from the heat and whip yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Add Mascarpone to whipped yolks, beat until
combined.
In a separate bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks.
Gently fold the whipped cream in the mascarpone sabayon mixture and set aside.

Mix the cold espresso with the
coffee liquor and dip the lady fingers into the mixture just long
enough to get them wet, do not soak them!
Arrange the lady fingers in the bottom of a 8 inch square baking dish (or 6×9)
Spoon half the mascarpone cream filling over the lady fingers.
Repeat process with another layer.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

3 eiers geskei,
125ml vars room geklop,
125ml strooisuiker,
250ml sterk swart koffie,
125ml kahlua-likeur,
375g sponsbeskuitjies,
1 el kakao poeier.
Meng kaas en eiergele in 'n mengbak en klits tot glad. Vou geklopte room in.

voeg 1/4k suiker by eierwitte en klop tot sagte punte vorm.
Vou eierwitmengsel met 'n metaallepel by kaasmengsel in.
Meng koffie, likeur en orige suiker. Doop beskuitjies in koffiemengsel.
Pak beskuitjies en kaasmengsel om die beurt in bak. Strooi kakao bo-oor vir versiering**Elsamien Mouton
Vou eierwitmengsel met 'n metaallepel by kaasmengsel in.
Meng koffie, likeur en orige suiker. Doop beskuitjies in koffiemengsel.
Pak beskuitjies en kaasmengsel om die beurt in bak. Strooi kakao bo-oor vir versiering**Elsamien Mouton

1 pakkie kits poeding( vanieljageur),
1 pak vingerkoekies,
halwe kop sterk soet swart koffie.
Klits room tot amper styf en voeg die roomkaas,kondensmelk en kitspoeding by.
klits alles goed deur.
pak een laag koekies in tertbak en skink die halfte van jou koffie versigtig oor.nou die halfte van geklits mengsel oor koekies.pak nog 'n laag koekies ander halfde van koffie en dan weer jou geklitste mengsel bo oor.los oornag in yskas.14/6/13
