PASTA WITH CREAMY SMOKED MUSSELS

Boil 200g pasta in salted water for 10 minutes and drain.
Fry 100g sliced mushrooms, a chopped garlic clove and a ½ teaspoon of chilli flakes for a few minutes in a glug of olive oil.
Stir in 3 tablespoons cream cheese, the zest of a lemon and 2 tins drained Lucky Star smoked mussels.
