ROASTED VEGETABLES


ROASTED VEGETABLES
*Slow-cooker*
Combine the assorted winter root vegetables, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a slow cooker.
Stir to combin
Cover with a lid.
Turn the slow cooker on to the low- or high-heat setting.
