1 cup Nutella
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of a mixer, combine the Nutella, sugar, and egg. Beat on medium speed until well combined, about a minute. Roll mixture into 1″ balls and place several inches apart (they spread quite a bit) on an ungreased, nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are firm to the touch. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for about 3 minutes. Carefully remove cookies to finish cooling on a baking rack.
These cookies are chewy and crunchy with a sugary bite…they remind me of the edge of a brownie!!

NUTELLA BISCUITS
Makes: 12 cookies
70g plain flour
1 large egg
275g Nutella®
60g chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
1 large egg
275g Nutella®
60g chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
1.Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a baking tray or line with baking parchment.
2.Combine flour, egg and Nutella® in a large bowl and mix together with a spoon until no flour lumps remain. Fold in chocolate chips.
3.Roll the cookie dough into balls, about 3cm in diameter. Place on the prepared tray, about 5cm apart. Press down on the balls to create thick discs.
4.Bake cookies for about 10 minutes. They should be slightly still soft in the middle. Let them cool on a wire rack until set.
Tip
If you take your cookies out and they are still quite soft, don't put them back in because while they are cooling they will harden. Try substituting the chocolate chips for nuts or add a pinch of sea salt (seems weird but it works).http://lekkerreseptevirdiejongergeslag.blogspot.com/2014/06/nutella-cookies.html
