COCONUT POKE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
Original recipe makes 1 - 9x13 inch
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (420g) can cream of coconut
1 420g) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (480g) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (240g) package flaked coconut

Prepare and bake white cake mix according to package directions. Remove cake from oven. While still hot, using a utility fork, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
Mix cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk together. Pour over the top of the still hot cake. Let cake cool completely then frost with the whipped topping and top with the flaked coconut. Keep cake refrigerated.

4 Eiers
2 k (400g) Suiker
2 k (280g) Koekmeel
2 tsp Bakpoeier
½  tlp Sout
250ml Melk
¼ k (125g) botter
2 tlp Vanilla

Klits eiers vir 5 min (dis baie belangrik)
Voeg suiker by en klits weer 5 min
Voeg vanilla by en klits tot net gemeng
Sif droë bestandele en voeg by eier mengsel en klits tot net gemeng
Verhit melk en botter tot botter gesmelt is en voeg by mengsel en klits tot net gemeng (moenie 
oor klits nie dié lug wat in dié eiers is klits weg)
Gooi deeg in n 9" pan en bak teen 160℃ todat cake tester skoon uit kom.
(sodra jy dié koek begin ruik is hy naby aan gaar)
Belangrik: laat vir 10min binne in pan afkoel voor jy koek uit haal en laat koel heeltemal. Wrap koek dadelik in glad wrap en bere tot benodig. Dit sorg vir sagte kante en Bo kant
