So 12 ure in die oond gesit teen so 150*C
In n bak met n deksel saam bietjie rooiwyn, stock, uie, garlic en roosmaryn.
Dan sit met n gesmeerde stuk baking paper oor dit en druk dit dat dit die lam cover en dan die deksel op. 5 tot 6 ure. Yum! *

LEG OF LAMB
2kg leg of lamb
Salt and milled black pepper
45ml olive oil
Garlic clovezs to taste
2 onions peeled and sliced
A few sprigs rosemary
500ml red wine
250ml lamb, beef or chicken stock

Preheat oven to 150C. Season outside of the lamb well. Place into casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil. Place the garlic, onion and rosemary into the casserole dish. Pour the wine and stock over the lamb. Cover with a sheet of buttered baking paper (not wax paper) and cover the dish with a tight fitting lid. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-6 hours, or until meltingly tender.
